Policies

Full payment required within 2 weeks (10 business days) of reservation. Full payment required at the time of reservation if arrival date is within 2 weeks of reservation date.
Notification of cancellation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to day of arrival for full refund. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date will forfeit all monies paid.

ADDITIONAL FEES

The following fees will are due at the time of check out:

$30.00 cleaning fee

$10.00/day administrative fee

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Easy Check-in with Bahia Delfin. Bahia Delfin has a full service rental office on the premises. Please present a printed copy of your confirmation to the Bahia Delfin office upon arrival. The check-in process includes a simple guest registration to receive your key. To avoid additional charges, please follow the check-in and check out times listed both below and in your confirmation package. This will avoid interrupting maintenance, cleaning, and/or inspection personnel working hard to ensure the property meets our high quality standards.

Check-in is at 4 P.M. MT and check out is no later then 11:00 A.M. MT. Please be respectful of these times as cleaning / maintenance crews are required to follow strict scheduling.

Cleaning

No daily maid service - While linens and bath towels are included with the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional charge. Please notify the office if you are interested additional cleaning services. We suggest bringing beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. The condos are cleaned prior to you arriving as well as after your departure. Renters are responsible for the cleaning of the unit during their stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out.
