Renters are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Bahia Delfin is a very family oriented environment. Please keep this in mind at all times. The office can and will ask you to leave if they feel that it is appropriate to ensure other guests enjoy their stay.
Smoking is never allowed. Please do not smoke inside the unit. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed to renters are found out of compliance.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from Sonora Vacations.
Renters/Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy. Renters/Guests must lock windows and doors securely when not on the premises. Relocating of furniture or removing any items from the unit is strictly prohibited. If you find broken items upon arrival, report this to the front desk immediately. Failure to do so could cause you to be held responsible.
Renters/Guests acknowledge that owners, and Bahia Delfin do not carry personal liability insurance and will not be held responsible regardless of fault, for any accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by guest/renters, members of their party or any other guests. This also includes loss directly or indirectly from acts of god, any body of water, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts of government or other authorities.
Representatives of Bahia Delfin or owners may enter the premises at any reasonable time to make repairs. Bahia Delfin will not be held responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damages to the guest personal items left in the unit. Neither Bahia Delfin, nor the owner is responsible for personal items left on the premises by guest upon departure. Units may not be sublet.
The condos are cleaned prior to your arriving as well as after your departure. Renters/guests are responsible for the cleaning of the unit during their stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Daily maid service is not scheduled however it is available at an additional charge. Please notify the office if you are interested additional cleaning services. While linens and bath towels are included with the unit we suggest bringing beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
Easy Check-in with Bahia Delfin. Bahia Delfin has a full service rental office on the premises. Please present a printed copy of your confirmation to the Bahia Delfin office upon arrival. The check-in process includes a simple guest registration to receive your key. To avoid additional charges, please follow the check-in and check out times listed both below and in your confirmation package. This will avoid interrupting maintenance, cleaning, and/or inspection personnel working hard to ensure the property meets our high quality standards.
Check-in is at 4 P.M. MT and check out is no later then 11:00 A.M. MT. Please be respectful of these times as cleaning / maintenance crews are required to follow strict scheduling.
Bahia Delfin observes "quiet time" (no loud noise or music) between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. If you are in violation and disturbing other owners/guests, you will be asked to leave by the staff at Bahia Delfin.
Bahia Delfin has strict occupancy standards. Maximum number of guests are limited to 8. Infants/babies are considered a guest as if they are an adult. Visitors that are not owners or registered as guests at Bahia Delfin are not permitted past the front gate. Please be aware that there are no exceptions to these rules.
Bahia Delfin will only allow one vehicle per occupied unit. A second vehicle can be parked in the lighted parking spaces just outside the front gate.
If you are asked to leave Bahia Delfin due to violation of the rules set by the condominium association, you will not be eligible to receive a refund for the remainder of your stay.
